Grade structures of the civil service
There are five civil service job grades:
- Grade 7: This is the entry-level grade for graduates.
- Grade 6: This is the grade for experienced professionals.
- Grade 5: This is the grade for senior managers.
- Grade 4: This is the grade for directors.
- Grade 3: This is the grade for permanent secretaries.
